1.2 Unless the context otherwise requires, under the Terms of Use, words importing one gender include the other genders; words importing the singular shall include the plural and vice versa; and any references to a person shall include that person’s successors, representatives and permitted assigns.

1.3 Under the Terms of Use, references to paragraphs are references to paragraphs in these Terms of Use; and headlines are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms of Use.

2. Complete Terms of Use
2.1 These Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy Statement, which is hereby incorporated as if set forth fully herein, represented the complete agreement between you and us concerning your use of the AMS Website. For AMS Members Corner and AMS Gift Shop, specific rules are applied. You should read their rules as you will be bound by them.

5. Covenants 
5.1 You agree not to use this Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by any applicable laws or the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you further agree not to:

(i) trespass, break into, access, use or attempt to trespass, break into, access or use any other parts of our servers, and/or any data areas;

(v) download, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, or distribute in any way, any component of the AMS Website itself or any Content obtained through the AMS Website which is protected by copyright, or other proprietary right, or create derivative works with respect thereto, without our prior written permission;

(vi) upload, post, email, publish or transmit any Content that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other harmful or deleterious programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunication equipment;

(vii) upload, post, email, publish or transmit any Content protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents;

(viii) directly or indirectly, allow others to use your Login Name or Password;

(ix) interfere with or disrupt networks connected to the AMS Website or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks;

(x) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the AMS Website, other Member's Accounts or Passwords, computer systems or networks connected to the AMS Website, through password mining or any other means;

(xi) interfere with another member's use and enjoyment of the AMS Website, or another individual's or entity's use and enjoyment of similar services;

(xii) disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;

(xiii) "stalk" or otherwise harass another;

(v) collect or store personal data about other users or members; or

(xiiiv) impersonate, or falsely represent himself to be another individual or entity, or make false statement, or misrepresent the relationship between you and another individual or entity.

5.2 To ensure the use of AMS Website is subject to the Terms of Use, AMS reserved the right to access your member account or observe and track the pages you visit, including Members Corner, without notice.

6. Links to Third Party Websites
6.1 We have no control over linked sites and we are not responsible for the content of any linked site, or any links contained in such linked sites, or any changes or updates of such sites. We are not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from linked sites. We provide these links to you only as a convenience and the inclusion of any linked site on the AMS Website does not imply endorsement by us of the linked site or any association with its operator. We shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the services or the content of any linked site. Any concern regarding linked sites should be directed to the responsible site administrator or webmaster.

16.1 This Website (excluding the Linked Sites) is hosted by us from our office in Hong Kong. By accessing this Website, you agree that any claim relating to this Website shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws, provided that we reserve the right to pursue civil or criminal proceedings in any jurisdiction having control over you or your assets. You also agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
